An IB1 student, Marilena Petalidou, placed 1^st in the 2013 Shankar ‘On-The-Spot’ Drawing & Painting Competition that was organized by the Indian Embassy.  A panel consisting of a Graphic Designer and a Theatre & Stage Designer commended her art work for its quality & depth.  The theme of the competition this year was ‘Freedom’.
