Constitution of the New HAEF Board of Directors
On Monday, November 25, 2024 the Annual Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the members of the Hellenic-American Educational Foundation took place. The General Assembly unanimously approved the Board of Directors’ annual and financial reports.
After the completion of the five-year term of office of Sergios Ambariotis, Gerasimos Alivisatos, Annika Papantoniou and Nikolaos Tsavliris on the Board of Directors, the General Assembly elected as new members Alexandros Makridis '80, Eleni Potamianos '94, Aristides Pittas '78 and re-elected Gerasimos Alivisatos x75. It also elected as new members of the Foundation Katerina Vlachou '90, Maria Georgopoulou, Ioannis Sarakakis '93 and Sotiris Foteas '02.
During the first meeting of the Board of Directors held after the General Assembly (November 25, 2024), the Board reconstituted its body as follows:
