A mosaic made of recyclable and waste materials (Trash Art) has been installed in our School. This beautiful creation serves as a reminder of the talk on environmental awareness through “Ecotherapy”. The lecture was delivered online by Dr. Constantina Skanavis, Professor of Environmental Education and Communication at the University of West Attica.

The mosaic was a collaborative project, led by the doctoral candidate and educator Mr Giannos Thodoulou, along with a team of researchers from the Department of Environmental Education and Communication of the University of West Attica and teachers from our School.

The creation of this mosaic is part of the multiple award-winning “Skyros Project” which brings together in realistic conditions our collective efforts to protect the environment. The project has been designed and implemented by Professor Ms. Constantina Skanavis and the researchers of the Department of Environmental Education and Communication of the University of West Attica over the last eight years.
