On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, students from Athens College Grade 4 and Psychico College Grade 3 attended the Lighting and Delivery Ceremony of the Olympic Flame for the 4th Winter Youth Olympic Games "Gangwon 2024" which will be held in Gangwon, South Korea from January 19 to February 1, 2024.

In remembrance of the sacred flame that burned unquenched during the Olympic Games, the High Priestess lit the Flame from the rays of the sun and accompanied by the priests handed it to the first Torchbearer with the wish that the Flame would begin its journey.

The children watched the ceremony with great interest and were thrilled by everything they saw and experienced. It was an experience they will never forget.
