Psychico College Grade 1 students learn about the olive

On the occasion of the olive harvesting season, students of Psychico College Grade 1had the opportunity to get acquainted with this important plant for the Greek culture.
They became farmers, learned about the harvesting of the fruit and the traditional process of olive oil extraction and of course, they learned about its beneficial properties for our health! In the end, they picked olives from the olive trees of the campus, put them in a jar and offered them to their families.
