A special exhibition greeted our students a few days before the national holiday of 28 October. Mr. Liaskos and Ms. Tetradi, offering pieces from their personal collection, brought the glorious days of the '40s closer to our students. This small exhibition organized in the Indoor Atrium of our School consisted of newspapers of the era with headlines that reflect the intensity of the events and the morale of the people. Our students even had the opportunity to flip through a wonderful volume of cartoons of the era, as well as personal items of a soldier, such as his caravan and spoon. The children made history through the study of original sources.
