For yet another year, the Drumsticks Percussion Band supported the Marathon runners, among them the Director of our School, Mr. Kalogeras, and stood at the most difficult part of the race, at the point where the runners are climbing uphill while they are 3 kilometers away from the finish line and the fatigue is great.  Thus, all the attendees together, students and parents, with the guidance of the Music teacher Ms. Despina Bogdani-Soyioul, became strong links united with each other, creating a chain of strength, a chain of victory for all athletes of all nationalities, carrying a message of will, strength, solidarity around the world.
