Internet Safety Week concluded on Friday, February 14. As part of the events organized by the Informatics Department, Mr. Nakos, a psychologist from the Cyber Crime Division of the Hellenic Police, spoke to students about the importance of digital safety. Τhe Internet offers incredible possibilities but also presents risks that require our vigilance.

To browse safely:

• We protect our private data and use strong passwords.
• We recognize threats, such as phishing and malicious messages.
• We act responsibly when posting on social media and always think of the consequences.
• We update our devices and use reliable protection software.
• We inform an adult we trust if anything makes us feel uncomfortable.

Let's use the Internet responsibly, so that we can enjoy its benefits while also staying safe.
