On Friday, April 4,  students from Psychico College Elementary School 1 visited the farmer's market of Kantza. In the context of the PYP interdisciplinary unit "How the World Works", first-grade students have been studying the phenomenon of changing seasons and how these affect both nature and human life. A key focus has been understanding the seasonality of fruits and vegetables. During this experiential visit to the farmers' market, the children had the opportunity to observe up close the fruits and vegetables that flourish in spring, learn interesting facts about them, and explore the local market in their school's neighborhood.
