On Friday, March 21, 2025, our school proudly and emotionally commemorated Greece's national anniversary of March 25th.

🔹 Parade: Grade 5 students from Athens College and Psychico College Elementary Schools participated in a spectacular joint parade at the Alexander Athanasiadis Stadium. The event was attended by classmates, teachers, parents, and esteemed guests, including the Mayor of Pallini, Mr. Aidonis, and School Counselor, Ms. Maniati. Our school's percussion band "Drumsticks", led by Ms. D. Bogdani Sougioul added energy and rhythm to the celebration.

🔹 Keynote speech: Following the parade, the keynote address was delivered by Ms. Nikolopoulou, a teacher from  Psychico College Elementary School.

🔹 Theatrical Performance "Freedom!" 🎭 Section 3e from Athens College Elementary School presented a heartfelt dramatization exploring the many dimensions of the word "Freedom". The performance drew on works by literary greats, including D. Solomos, K. Palamas, P. Neruda, G. Ritsos, O. Elytis, N. Kazantzakis, and others. The performance was introduced by Mr. P. Karatzanos, teacher of our school, who spoke about the dual significance of March 25th and the importance of remembering the heroes who fought for the freedoms we enjoy today.
