The Psychico College High School' s Expedition was held with great success in Kastoria on April 21-24, 2024. Our students accompanied by teachers Mr. L. Kaisaris, Mr. A. Papalexis and Mr. P. Giannoulatos, Psychico College Coordinator and Director of Psychico College High School, visited the Music School of Kastoria. The Psychico College High School Student Council offered musical instruments to support the Music School and to cover needs for the "Spring Music Festival" organized by the School of Kastoria with the support of the Public Administration of Kastoria.

The three-day Festival (April 19 - 21, 2024) aimed to highlight the importance of music education, to promote the creativity of music schools and to promote culture, highlighting the wider region of Kastoria as a centrer of cultural interest.

Our students also had the opportunity to visit the impressive Archaeological site of Vergina, the Holy Monastery of Panagia Soumela, the lakeside village of "Dispilio" and the preserved traditional village of Nympheon. There they were guided by the managers of "Arcturos" and were informed about the protection of the polar bear.

Then they visited the Little Prespa Lake and the village of Pyli, where they were guided by the Prespa National Park Management Unit. This was followed by a visit to the islet of St. Achilleios and the Great Prespa Lake.

 Finally, they did not fail to visit the Cave of the Dragon, the Holy Monastery of Panagia Mavriotissa and of course to tour the beautiful town of Kastoria.

Undoubtedly, this year's Expedition was a unique experience!
