The Milestone 50-year and 25-year Reunions were organized with great success. Athens College President Professor Costas Synolakis ‘75 welcomed alumni back to the School. Following the tradition of the milestone class reunions, they are an excellent opportunity for alumni to support the College Scholarship Program.

On Thursday, June 27 2022 and Thursday, September 29 2022, President Costas Synolakis hosted a reunion dinner at his residence for alumni of Class of 1972 and Class of 1971 respectively, to celebrate their 50-year reunion, also attended by old school teachers and staff. Those were two nights filled with nostalgia, fun and emotion, which brought back memories to all participants and reminded them of the strong bond among Athens College alumni. The events were organized by Class Agents J. Kalognomos, N. Simantiras (Class of 1972) and M.Tiniakos, N. Friligkos, A. Dimacopoulos (Class of 1971) in collaboration with the Development Office. They concluded with the traditional picture taken on the Benaki Hall steps and with singing of some of the alumni’s favorite songs from School. 

On Thursday, September 22 2022, President Costas Synolakis welcomed alumni of the Class of 1997γ-1998Δ and International Baccalaureate ’98 at the SAKA Clubhouse for the celebration of their 25-year reunion. This was an excellent opportunity for old classmates to meet together with old teachers and staff, and get updated on school news. The evening was organized by Class Agents Despoina Agapalidi ‘97γ, Fay Karella ‘97γ, Olga Michalopoulou ‘97γ, and Alexandra Tsavliris ‘98Δ in collaboration with the Development Office. It concluded with the traditional picture taken on the Benaki Hall steps, followed by a party at the SAKA Clubhouse.
