In November, students at J.M. Carras Kindergarten tried the updated menu that was created by the general physician-dietician, Mr. Dimitris Dellis, in collaboration with the school’s nutrition group. With regards to healthy eating habits, students tried different recipes and flavors from different parts of the world. In an effort to instill values such as, giving to those in need and cultivating solidarity, our school has been collaborating with the non-governmental organization “Boroume-Saving Food, Saving Lives” and offered spare portions of food to the “Psarafteio” Foundation. Our students also donated food to the Nea Ionia Soup Kitchen and deputy mayor, Ms. Eleni Catzi, visited the school to receive the food.
