The second place in the world ranking and the silver medal was awarded to the Greek delegation of the Greek National Economics Team in the International Economics Olympiad / Business Case. Psychico College IB DP Year 1 student, Dimitris Anastasopoulos, was part of the 5-member Greek National Team which excelled in the Panhellenic Competition comprised of three stages and written examinations, held and completed in February 2023 under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, qualifying the team for the International Economics Olympiad. The Greek National Team prepared in a systematic and methodical manner for their participation in the Olympiad.

49 countries from Europe, Asia, Africa and America participated in the International Economics Olympiad with 250 high school students, who also excelled in the national competitions of their countries, and formed the national delegations and national teams to participate in the International Economics Olympiad, which concluded on August 1, 2023.
