Kindergarten students in the Dolphin, Swordfish, Sea bass and Seabream classes, at J.M. Carras Kindergarten, visited the Kokotos Estate and participated in a hands-on program entitled “Grape Harvest”. They picked grapes from the vineyard and pressed them in the winery in the traditional way. Students learned more about modern winemaking, saw the barrels and observed the bottling process. It was an interesting visit through which students learned about the importance of cooperation as well as the traditions and customs related to grape harvest.
