On Tuesday, November 21, 2023 the Annual General Assembly Meeting of the members of the Hellenic-American Educational Foundation took place. The General Assembly unanimously approved the Board of Directors’ annual and financial reports. It also elected Georgios Vardinogiannis '86, Nikolaos Vettas, and Sofia Kouvelaki '02 as new members of the Association (Somateio).

After the re-election of Alexandros Kamarinos and Alexandros Phylactopoulos whose 5-year terms in the Board of Directors were completed, the Board reconstituted its body as follows:
