Based on the landscapes of the contemporary painter David Hockney, Grade 4 students painted their own "Autumn Landscape" with watercolor. They understood the perspective rendering of the space, experimented with the grey tones found in a dull autumn landscape and created their own grey colors from mixing primary and complementary colors. In the end, students enriched their artwork with rhythmic patterns that depict elements of nature, such as vegetation, rain, etc., thus completing their atmospheric work.

In addition, Grade 4 students created a three-dimensional festive ornament using the origami technique and decorated it with motifs and Christmas designs, choosing appropriate color combinations. The bells they made were offered for sale at our School's Bazaar.
