In January and February, the Psychoeducational Department organized an educational workshop on the Introduction to Kinesiology for teachers of the HAEF Elementary schools. The training was conducted by Ms. Maria Karakostanoglou, a specialized kinesiologist and Brain Gym/Educational Kinesiology trainer. The purpose of the training was to equip teachers with simple, easy, flexible, and effective movement tools that when applied help students to perform better in academic demands by activating their bodies.
