On March 8 and 9, 2016, the 2015-2016 High School Ping Pong Championship games, organized by the Ministry of Education and the Hellenic Table Tennis Federation, were held at the Peace and Friendship Stadium.  Four hundred thirty six (436) students from across the entire country took part, most of them members of Table Tennis (ping pong) clubs.

Table tennis teams from Athens College and Psychico College High Schools, comprised of 20 students, competed.  The selection of the teams’ members was decided upon from within the Athens College Ping Pong Club as well as through playoff games between interested students from Athens College and Psychico College High Schools.
