During 2017-2018, Psychico College 11^th grade student Ioanna Panopoulou, a track and field athlete for the SAKA and member of the National Track & Field Team, earned distinctions at the:

- PanHellenic Student Track & Field Championship, held in Patras, on May 3-4, 2017, winning 1^st place in the 800m race.

- Balkan Track & Field Championship (U18), held in Istanbul on June 3, 2017, taking 5^th place in the 800m race.

- PanHellenic Track & Field Championship (U18), held in Trikala on June 24-25, 2017, taking 1^st place in the 800m race and winning the 4x400m relay race.

- International Men’s – Women’s Indoor Track & Field Meets, held in Stockholm on February 3, 2018, taking 5^th place in the 800m race.

According to SEGAS (Hellenic Athletic Federation) statistics, Ioanna Panopoulou holds: the best time nationally for 2018 in the U17 Indoor Track & Field 400m and 800m categories and the 2^nd best time nationally 2018 in the Junior Indoor Track & Field 400m and 800m categories.
