As part of their “Who We Are” Interdisciplinary Research Unit, kindergarten students collected food items at school, sorted them, placed them in boxes which they had decorated, and sent them to people in need, along with wishes for the holidays.

This activity gave them an opportunity to demonstrate interest in and love for fellow human beings (Caring) who are from outside the school community.  The aim of the activity was for students to practice communication skills (Communicator) and to learn to cooperate willingly and effectively towards a common goal.
