As part of the Interdisciplinary Unit of Inquiry, “Sharing the Planet,” our Pre-Kindergarten students visited the School’s forest where they observed how live organisms grow and change.  Additionally, the Seahorse section’s young inquirers became aware of the need to protect and care for animals, such as the campus turtles and wanted to experiment with clay and other natural materials to create nests for the animals’ hibernation period.
