“Red Mullet” Section Explores an Art Gallery
As part of the Interdisciplinary Unit “Where We Are in Place and Time,” students in the “Red Mullet” section spoke via Microsoft Teams with one of section’s
parents who is an art gallery owner. The
children practiced their thinking and
communication skills as they inquired about why we visit galleries and what
we learn there. Using appropriate visual
materials, the parent then answered the students’ questions about how to design
and create an art gallery, the rules that visitors must follow, and what needs
a gallery fulfills. Thus, all of the students’ puzzlement was solved.
We thank him!
