Members of Psychico College Junior High School’s MUN Club took part in the 10th Model United Nations Conference on Climate Action, organized by Platon School and held online from the 5th to the 7th of March 2021.

The 24 members of the MUN Club who participated demonstrated an abundance of zeal, determination and dedication both in their preparation and during the three working days of the Conference, under the guidance of their teachers, Mmes. E. Golemi and A. Anastopoulou.

Our students were invited to explore and negotiate serious issues, such as the impact of climate change on the provision of humanitarian aid, access to clean drinking water, and the eradication of corruption with a view towards establishing an international framework for tackling climate change.

The bestowal of “Best Delegate” on Manos Alevras (γ1) came as the culmination of the exceptional presence of all Psychico College Junior High School students at the Conference.
