As part of the Interdisciplinary Unit “Where We Are in Place and Time,” students in the “Dolphin” section spoke to a parent-dentist using Microsoft Teams.  Students practiced their thinking and communication skills as they asked about the spaces that comprise a dentist’s office and why we need to visit a dentist. The parent, using appropriate visual materials, answered the students’ questions about the spaces in a dentist’s office, as well as rules that patients and dentists must follow.  Thus, she was able to satisfy the students’ wonderment and curiosity.
