Psychico College High School junior (11th grader), Eirini Livieratou, took second place in the final round of the 10th Panhellenic Student Competition for the composition of a Philosophical Essay.  As such, she will represent Greece in the 29th International Philosophy Olympiad that will take place on Thursday, May 27, 2021,

We also warmly congratulation High School junior, Marina Kontogianni, who placed 8th in this very same competition.

The competition was organized by the Philosophy Department of the University of Patras, with the support of the Center for Hellenic Studies of Harvard University (CHS, Greece) and that of the Panhellenic Association of Philologists (PEF), under the aegis of the University of Patras. Its aim is to cultivate philosophical discourse amongst secondary school students and, through them, to promote philosophical thinking in the wider community.
