Tenth grade Athens College High School student, Anna Gkioka, won 3rd Prize in the 9th Annual “Grigoris Pentzikis” Teen Poetry & Short Story Contest, in the high school short story category, for her work, “The Train.”

The competition was organized by the Scientific and Cultural Association “Educational Circle,” in collaboration with the Regional Center for Educational Planning of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace. It was implemented by approval from the Institute of Educational Policy.

The award ceremony will take place online on Monday, June 28, 2021, at 19:30.  The event is open to the public and will be livestreamed on the official webpage of the competition (https://www.educircle.gr/pentzikis/).
