On Monday, November 1, 2021, the Crab class met with Ms. Georgina Spiri and learned about her story “Travels in the African Savanna”. Students listened to the story with great interest, and were very enthusiastic about all the surprises that the author and environmentalist Ms. Spiri had prepared for them. Through the story of Jumba, we all came to agree with her that only through cooperation and solidarity, through trust and friendship, can a community withstand hardships. At the end of the presentation, students discovered and explored a range of special items that were related to the story.
