On Monday, November 8, 2021, Anna Papafigkou, publisher and Cultural Event Head of Martis Publishing, presented the book “Spithas Goes to School” to our Grade 1 students (1a & 1e).

Spithas likes to stay at home and cuddle with Vicky. One day, Vicky breaks the news: she has to send him to dog school. Through the narration, students find out about the worries Spithas has for this first day in school, but also about his adventures and his new friends there. Students discussed with Ms. Papafigkou the different dog habits and dog dislikes. The story entertained the kids, while also reminding them of their first day in school.
