As part of the inquiry into the transdisciplinary unit, Sharing the Planet, students from the Coral, Starfish and Seashell pre-kindergarten classes visited the Kokotos Estate. Students were given a tour around the premises, saw farm animals and fed them. More specifically, they took part in the program “Winter Wildlife”, became inquirers and learned how animals contribute to the planet’s biodiversity. Students also showed they were caring as they built bird-feeders using natural materials as well as seed balls that they planted in different areas on the farm.
