As part of the inquiry into the transdisciplinary unit, Sharing the Planet, students from the Coral class were visited via Microsoft Teams by a mother who is an agriculturalist. More specifically, the students became communicators and wanted to learn about how plants grow, which tools are used to care for them and what remedies there are in case they get sick. Moreover, the mother-agriculturalist gave a presentation explaining what an agriculturalist does to contribute to the growth of various plants. At the end of the presentation, students were given seeds, bulbs and basil sent by the mother which they planted in order to observe the stages of growth and development of plants.
