On Saturday, March 19 2022 students of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme taking the Visual Arts course visited the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation. Its collection is one of the most important private collections created during the second half of the 20th century. It also hosts temporary exhibitions, educational programs and cultural events using advanced museological applications within the broad spectrum of modern and contemporary art. The group of students were introduced to the world of art and the importance of curating exhibitions as dictated by their course curriculum. The visit was organised by the Visual Arts teachers, Mrs. V. Karvouni and Mrs. M. Papanastasiou.
