Students Iakov David (High School 1, PC) and Leonidas Marinopoulos (High School 1, PC) competed in the International Finals of the International Competition for Young Debaters 2022, which took place on Saturday, April 24 at the Oxford Union.

Our team qualified for the international finals after ranking in 1st place in the Greece Qualifying Round which took place in February of this year. In the International Finals, our students competed with teams from all over the world, including teams from England, India, Ireland, Canada, and Scotland. They finished with 8 team points.

This Competition is open to students who are under 16 years old, and this year was organized by the debate team of the Oxford Union, giving our students the opportunity to debate in one of the most historical buildings of Oxford and to visit the University.
