Students from Athens College and Psychico College Elementary, Junior High and High Schools were briefed on the initiatives and interventions of the environmental non-profit organization All for Blue on Thursday, May 5, 2022. Founder Ms. Katerina Topouzoglou and the coordinator of educational seminars and initiatives of the organization Ms. Alexandra Vougiouka spoke to the students online regarding all the efforts made to keep the seas clean.

All for Blue is an organization with international activity, focused on educational initiatives, aimed at protecting the marine ecosystem, and spreading information regarding single-use plastics and how to avoid them. This event was organized by the College’s Direction of Social Welfare and Diversity to raise awareness among the students.

The presentation was coordinated for the first time by High School students. Iason Hatzis (AC) and Charikleia Moraitaki (PC) did a great job with the difficult task of coordinating, including in the discussion students from all the Student Governments and the school grades, and giving them the opportunity to ask questions.
