The PanHellenic Track & Field Championship and U23 Championship took place on June 25 and 27, 2022 in Thessaloniki. 15 athletes from SAKA represented the College.

The following ranked in the top 3 of the PanHellenic U23 Championship:

• Anna-Maria Ivic, Psychico College student, in 400m (2nd place)
  
• Charalambos-Nikolaos Charatsidis, alumnus, in 400m Hurdles (2nd place)
  
• Iro Mavrou, Ileana Chlorou, Chloi Kefala, Psychico College Students, and alumna Emmanouela-Sevasti Karyampa, in 4x100m Relay (3rd place)
  
• Konstantinos Sarantopoulos, Athanasios Marios Zygouris, Markos Koukoularis, Psychico College students, and alumnus Charalambos-Nikolaos Charatsidis in 4x400m Relay (3rd place)
  
• Ileana Chlorou, Eleni Rodopoulou, Anna Gkioka and Anna Maria Ivic, Psychico College students, in 4x400m Relay (3rd place)
