The U16 PanHellenic Track & Field Championships took place on July 2 and 3, 2022, at Ag. Kosmas. 34 College students participated in the events with SAKA. The team ranked 1st in the overall scoreboard, with 152 points.

The following new College records were set:

• 3x1200m relay by Athens College Junior High 3 students Ioannis Bitounis, Georgios-Alexios Zacharias and Konstantinos Gonticas, with 10’24”96 (1st place)
  
• 4x200m relay (Mixed), by Athens College and Psychico College Junior High 3 students, Angelos Zagoreos, Eirini Patera, Marilia Bourtzou, and Nikolaos Chalazonitis with 1’44”62 (3rd place)
  

The following students also ranked in the top 3 at the U16 Championships:

• Ilektra Vovou, Psychico College Junior High 3 student, in 80m Hurdles (1st place)
• Kassandra Grigoriadi, Psychico College Junior High 3 student, in 80m (1st place)
