Kindergarten students in J.M. Carras Kindergarten took part in the educational program entitled “The Way to Freedom”, organized by ANIMA -the Association for the Protection and Care of Wildlife - at the Aesthetic Forest of Ymittos. Students took part in games and activities that enabled them to understand the importance of protecting nature and animals. Students then came into close contact with hedgehogs and turtles which were under the care of the ANIMA First Aid Center after the forest fires. Students learned that they are wild animals and in danger of extinction.
