Randall Davis, descendant of Homer Davis, President of Athens College for over 30 years, visited the College for the first time on Friday, October 21 2022.

Randall Davis and his wife Deborah met with Advisor to the Board of Directors of the Hellenic-American Educational Foundation and to the Athens College Direction Mr. Dimitris Karamanos, Athens College President Professor Costas Synolakis ’75, Advisor to the President Ms. Polyanthi Tsigou and Director of Communications and Public Relations Ms. Alexandra Aivalioti. They spoke of the emblematic personality that was Homer Davis, who, for almost five decades, left his mark on the formation and development of Athens College.

Mr. Davis also met with Athens College Co-Director and Director of Athens College High School Mr. Christos Konstantopoulos and Coordinator of Psychico College School Units and Director of Psychico College High School Mr. Panagiotis Giannoulatos.

Mr. and Ms. Davis noted that they are now preparing the opening of a museum dedicated to Homer Davis in Long Island, at the house where Homer grew up, which will honor the historic Athens College. 

Their meeting was followed by a tour of the Psychico campus facilities.
