The Panhellenic Indoor Athletics Championship was held at the Peace & Friendship Stadium on February 18-19, 2023.

21 Athens College, Psychico College and SAKA athletes took part in this event.

The following students ranked in the top 6:

• Psychico College High School Grade 1 student Nelly Floutakou received 4th place in 800m run , with 2’12”77
• Psychico College High School Grade 3 student Athanasios Marios Zygouris received 5th place in 3,000m run, with 8’30”93   
• Athens College Junior High School Grade 9 student Konstantinos Kyrkilis received 5th place in the 60m run, with 7”51.
• Psychico College IB2 students Konstantinos Sarantopoulos, Dimitrios Kanellopoulos, Eleni Rodopoulou, and Athens College High School Grade 1 student Eleonora-Maria Papadopoulou received 6th place in the 4x400m mixed relay, with 3’41”79
