On Monday, March 6, 2023, alumna and Human Resources Director Nafsika Pampouca ’94 spoke to Athens College and Psychico College High School students, within the framework of the “Students and Alumni discussions”, organized by the Direction of Welfare and Diversity in collaboration with the Communications Department.

She spoke to our students about her student years at Athens College and the moments which defined her future career path, and answered all of their questions.

About Nafsika Pampouca

She graduated from Athens College in 1994. She holds a BSc in Business Administration from Deree College - The American College of Greece and a MSc in International Employment Relations & Human Resource Management from LSE - The London School of Economics and Political Science.

She has more than 22 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources. In 2015 she joined the Archirodon Group and since September 2020 she is Director of Human Resources for the whole group which has offices in Europe, Saudi Arabia, the United Arabic Emirates, the Gulf, North Africa, and Kazakhstan, and a total of 15,000 employees. She is responsible for the company’s wide HR strategy systems and operations. 

Prior to joining Archirodon, she worked for 11 years in two multinational boutique HR consulting firms, Hay Group/Korn Ferry and Aon Hewitt, and in HR Operations in the Hilton Hotel in Athens, from where she started her career.
