Her Excellency the Ambassador of Slovakia to Greece Marcela Hanusová visited our School on Monday, June 19, 2023 and took a tour of the George Zongolopoulos Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition titled “Enlightenment for Life”. The Ambassador was accompanied by a teacher and three of her students from P.O.HVIEZDOSLAVA High School in Slovakia, who were awarded in an art competition in their country on the theme of Zongolopoulos' works.

The event was also attended by the Consul of Slovakia Petra Prosňanská and her associate Silvia Νaštická, the Mayor of Filothei-Psychico Dimitris Galanis and his associate Marianna Hamatzoglou, and Popi Diamantakou, member of the Technopolis of the City of Athens.

On behalf of the George Zongolopoulos Foundation, the President Nicos Theodoridis, the General Secretary Yvonne Theodoridis, the member of the Board of Directors Vangelis Gonatas and the Foundation's associate Elpiniki Delaporta, who also conducted the tour, were present.

Guests were welcomed by Athens College President Professor Costas Synolakis ’75.
