Students of Grade 4 attended the educational program "Herbs" designed and organized by Openfarm. The children learned about the most important herbs of the Greek countryside, learned to recognize them and understood their basic properties and how to use them. They also learned about their biodiversity, how they are cultivated, collected, and processed. The project was held in our School's herb garden.
