In the framework of the collaboration between the "Empowered Flowers" Club of Athens College Junior High School and the Social Cooperative Organization "Power of a Flower", the student-members of the Club and members of the Enterprise meet every Monday and devote their time to various activities.

In particular, every 15 days members of the "Power of a Flower" visit the Psychico Campus in order to continue the transplanting of flowers by our group of students. The "garden" that we started to build just before Christmas has now taken shape, beautifying the area in front of the Church, and attracting the interest of the student community and visitors of the school. Always following the valuable advice of the "Power of a Flower" gardener and having a member of the group working alongside them, the female students of our Club are gaining experience of flower care as well as working together.

During the rest of the meetings, the members of the Club discuss with psychologists and managers of the Organization, reflect on issues of diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusion, and plan actions through which they will communicate all of the above.
