Young and old were really looking forward to this day. On Thursday, October 3, Grade 6 students visited the classes of Grade 1 and met their 1st Graders. After talking and exchanging the get-to-know-you cards they had prepared, they went out into the courtyard and spent time together. This day was the beginning of a series of many activities that will help the 1st Graders feel safe in their new School and the 6th Graders strengthen their sense of responsibility and care for their younger classmates... New friendships are being born!
