Psychico College Grade 2 students participated in an educational program in the School garden, focusing on the introduction of legumes and their cultivation. 

Initially, the children learned to identify and distinguish different types of legumes, such as beans, lentils, and chickpeas, through hands-on activities. They were then informed about the nutritional value of legumes and their importance for our health and the environment. 

Finally, the students took an active role by sowing the seeds in the garden themselves. The program ended with a discussion on the cultivation and care of plants, thus enhancing their ecological awareness.
