In the context of the PYP interdisciplinary unit "How the world works", students in Grade 1 throughout the year observe, discuss, and participate in activities related to the changing of the seasons. During December, they visited the Physics Labs. After being introduced to the rules that need to be followed in this location, they watched a demonstration of the model showing the movement of the Earth around the Sun and explaining why different conditions exist in each different season.
