We are in the heart of winter... On the occasion of the PYP interdisciplinary unit How the World Works, students of Psychico College Grade 1 study the changing of the seasons and how it affects our lives and consequently our diet. Thus, the first graders attended an educational program at the School about vegetables that thrive in winter. They learned about the different types of vegetables, helped harvest them and picked their own crops.
