Our students, members of the debate club, represented the School with great success at the Moraitis Debate & Impromptu Cup 2025, which took place on Friday and Saturday February 14-15, 2025.

More than 160 speakers from Junior High and High Schools in Athens and Thessaloniki competed in this tournament. Our School was represented with great success by 25 students.

Teams:

• Winning Team: Maria Petrolia (ΙΒ1) and Danae Tatsopoulou (ΙΒ1) 
• Finalists: Eleana Dalacoura (ΙΒ2) and Artemis Papastavrou (ΙΒ2) 

Semi Finalists:

• Elena Dikaiou-Evangelatou (HS1, PC) and Spyros Roupas Pantaleon (HS1, AC) 
• Stella Hiskakis (ΙΒ2) and Michael Kofinakos (HS3, PC)

Individual:

• Best Speaker Award: Artemis Papastavrou
• Top 10 Speakers: Eleana Dalacoura (2nd place), Danae Tatsopoulou (4th place),  Stella Hiskakis (7th place), Maria Petrolia (10th place)

In the Impromptu Speaking competition, Spyros Roupas Pantaleon (HS1, AC) ranked in the top-10 (8th place), among 45 students who competed.
