Athens College Elementary School - English Department: Italian teachers visit the school with Erasmus+

On February 25 and 26, we hosted three teachers from I.C. Milani-Terracina, in the framework of the Erasmus+ job shadowing program. During their visit, the teachers:
1. Attended English classes of various grades, focusing on innovative methods, such as project-based learning, inquiry-based learning and differentiated instruction. They studied class management and lesson planning techniques, as well as strategies to enhance the students' cooperation.
2. Explored the integration of digital and AI tools in teaching and observed how STEM activities promote creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving.
3. Participated in meetings with the Head and members of the English Department, where they exchanged best practices and discussed strategies to promote educational innovation, intercultural education and European values.
Our collaboration with schools abroad through the Erasmus+ program fosters international knowledge exchange, enhances professional development for our teachers, and ultimately enriches the learning experience! 🌍📚✨
