Dear Parents,

Following yesterday’s communication, we would like to clarify the following:

1.     As we mentioned yesterday, starting today Saturday, January 30, 2021, you can reschedule your meetings with teachers (weekly online teleconference).

2.     Telephone communication with teachers who teach exclusively in the High School must be scheduled through the Secretariat. Teachers who also teach in the Junior High School – and who will, therefore, be on campus – will adhere to the established telephone communication schedule and will be available on the allocated telephone lines as indicated on the attached file.

3.     We remind you once again that as of Monday, February 1st, classes that are part of the Optional After-School Activities program will continue in the context of modern distance learning from 17:00 to 18:20 on the scheduled days.

4.     We also remind you once again that on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, from 17:00 to 20:00, Parent-Teacher Conferences to discuss the progress of all High School student will be held online.  The procedure to teleconference with your children’s teachers is identical to the one you follow for weekly meetings.  You will be able to book an online appointment with your children’s teaches any time from Thursday, February 4, 2021, 08:00 hrs., through Monday, February 28, 2021, 23:59 hrs.   After the deadline, you will be unable to book another online appointment for this Parent-Teacher Conference session.  Please note that from Wednesday, February 3, 2021 through Thursday, February 4, 2021, 08:00 hrs., the online booking system will be disabled in order to update it for the February 10, 2021 meetings.
